    AMPLIFIER

    My own creation 5.1 amplifier using IC TDA 2030. This IC works class AB amplifier type.
    class AB amplifier type superior sound quality.And its efficiency are  78.2%.In generally class AB amplifier biasing two transistor on NPN and PNP are connected the series both transistor configured push pull connections above two transistor are inbuilt the IC TDA 2030.


    Can provide up to 20 Watts as output power.
    Wide range of power supply from 6 V to 36 V. Short circuit and thermal protection is available in the ic typically it provides the 14 W to 20 W .It has very low crossover distortion 


    Pin 1 connected the 1 mf capacitor it act as the bypass the input distortion signal. Pin 2 to  Pin 5 connect the 100 k or 150 k resistor it increase the gain of the amplifier . Diode 1N4001 connect the reverse bias because it prevents the output  signal distortions 100 nF capacitor are removes the AC content in the DC supply .two 100 k resistor gives the better biasing

    LM386 used Pre-amplifier that amplifier act as primary amplified the signals.

    LM386 has 8 pin dip package of the low voltage applications. 6v power supply enough to best performance, Its output gain has 20 db circuit shown in below.


    Above circuit pin 1 and 8 short circuited or low value capacitance connected output gain increased 20 to 200 db.
    Pin 7 connect the bypass capacitors that capacitor ground the signal form RF interference. Load impedance of the ic 4 ohm and 32 ohm.Low distraction range 2%



    Above circuit drawn in PROTEUS software easy to simulate circuit and also draw the PCB layout

    combination of the five amplifier to make the 5. 1 woofer circuit 
    POWER CALCULATION

    5 amplifier used 
    1 amplifier watts = 20 W

    5 x 20 W =100 watts. 






    Above 3D simulation which help of the Proteus software,at the same thing design PCB layout and bill of materials.
    PCB ferric chloride Fe Cl 3 are used etch the unwanted copper coat of the copper clad sheet.
    And the design very simplified on dimension 25 cm X 7.5 cm.
